Executive Analysis - Individuals learn how to understand themselves, their
roles, what they strive towards, how they impact others and how to use their "gap
analysis" to gain corporate success. The Pro-2 and Business Motivators reports are
customized for each participant.
Pro-2 and Business Motivators Are basic survey and report tools. Pro-2 analyzes
the emotional responses people have toward their surroundings, or environment. The
Business Motivators report prioritizes the individuals' values attitudes and beliefs.
These reports provide information used interviewing process, coaching, mentoring,
team building, and conflict resolution.
Sales Pro - The report focuses on how the individual will approach their
sales environment--including their natural selling style, strengths, potential weaknesses
and keys to motivating. The salespersons' success is enhanced when the sales environment
and sales training are matched with the salespersons strengths.

Selection a twelve (12) page booklet administered to your new hires and current
drivers. Our computerized version takes 30 minutes for the driver to complete, and
less than three (3) minutes to computer score. .
Management A driver's "Managing for Success" printouts can be chosen from a menu
of seven reports when scoring is completed. . The Dispatchers/Terminal Managers
will use this report to manage drivers on a day-in, day-out basis.
Insights
The Hall Groups Insights© software provides a quick method for discovering the communicating
style of a person in three easy to follow areas
Definers - This area provides a "snapshot" of the individuals' behavior.
Descriptors - This is a short paragraph centering on observable behavior.
Directors - This area focuses on the best way to build trust and compliance.
Communication Insights is a general report that is easily used when assessing
the listening needs of individuals during training, mentoring and counseling. The
CI provides a snapshot of behavior. Information can then be tailored to the participants.

Patient Communication Insights report is tailored to the healthcare community
to bridge the gap between the Customer and the patient. The PIO puts the Customer
in the position to understand how to best give the patient healthcare information
in a form the puts the patient at ease and encourages compliance based on trust.
Virtual Team Insights provides three reports for team members. The first
report includes all members of the team with suggestions for effective interaction
and planning. The second report provides information about how the individual will
function best within the group and the strengths they bring to the group. The Third
report is an analysis of the group; how the group will function and the groups collective
problem solving strengths and possible limitations of the team.
The program invites the user to experiment with the composition of the team to match
the team to the problem. This is a scientific approach to team formation and function.
